7 Minutes Workout: Flat Stomach, now what?

Ke Spring boss! Okay, maybe that’s not as catchy as: Ke Summer Boss! Regardless, people have started preparing for the wonderful days of summer.

On my last article I talked about body weight exercises that you can do in about 7 minutes. What happens after losing all that weight? Your body needs to keep firm and strengthened. Today I will be talking about abs – ready for that six pack?

  1. Abdominal Crunches


Lie on your back with your knees bent and your arms stretched forward and then lift your upper body off the floor. Hold for a few seconds and slowly return.

  1. Cross Arm Crunches

Lie down and bend your knees with your feet flat on the floor. Cross your arms in front of your chest. Lift your head and shoulders up to make a 30 degree angle with the floor.

  1. Russian Twist

Sit on the floor with your knees bent, feet lifted a little bit and your back tilted backwards. Then hold your hands together and twist from side to side.

  1. Bicycle Crunches

Lie on the floor with your hands behind your ears. Raise your knees and close your right elbow toward your left knee, then close your left elbow toward your right knee. Repeat the exercise.

  1. Leg Raises

Lie Down on your back, and put your hands beneath your hips for support. Lift your legs up until they form a right angle with the floor. Slowly bring your legs back down and repeat the exercise.
