This book speaks of prosperity or the fields there of, the paradoxes or fields of prosperity that we need to be planting in our youth as entrepreneurs? What is it that we must achieve at our tender age in order to live a prosperous life in the future?

The seeds of plenty — or fields, whichever you view it, can be defined into many aspects of life and industries , however, for the purposes of this books — These fields are addressed to the creative leader, business man or an entrepreneur and thus favors such individuals in capacity as they are able to deliver. Thus a field of plenty in this context refers to a business or a major project — an entity that is able to generate revenue for parties to benefit. Why must we fight over handfuls of dust when we can create businesses — industries — markets that disrupt economies — fields that we can harvest from besides the ones already established?

In the later stage I will discuss why we need to avoid the current state of businesses, the already established businesses, that majority are targeting in hopes for employment and returns — prosperity.

The reason why business leaders, entrepreneurs and the business man or woman can make the concept work is because of sheer obvious factor. Businesses grow economies — creates employment, sustainability and the list goes on. Although businesses are hard to build and maintain, there are significant factors that contribute to their success just as there are reasons why they fail. Either ways, these enterprises can heal society into prosperity except that the mind-set that is applied in them — from inception, needs to change or else we shall find ourselves in the very same boat where the hunger for extremism is greater than a desire to live.

This reason being the prosperity mentality — in order to plough new seeds of plenty is essential because previous businesses have not been set against this inception, except those set against the John CDW theory of workplace which suggests that the people, employees are an integral part of the company. The result of this, or the lack there of a prosperity mentality set businesses are the current social ills we find today, dating back in the years.

Let us contextualize the creative leader for a minute — the kind of leader that is required to achieve prosperity — a leader with a sound business mind that would see this vision come into full effect.

At first the ability to create — creating fields that grow fallow that all will harvest and share from is a necessity and the out-most skill that is pivotal to the course. Here as you can see, we’re talking about a creative leader who is able to not only have abilities to create fields but also to make sure they grow enough for the team to work on. This is one exceptional person who creates — using the ability to solve a problem through creativity and not replacement of a say “a service”. This leader takes into account the current services being used to solve a problem or rendering of a service and creates a new field, a model.
